Looking for a No.1 and No.2 and No.3 Chefs position in a new 50 seater fine dining Halal & Vegetarian restaurant. The menu will be Asian cuisine Indonesia, Malay, Indian, Thai.

Applicants be Thai nationals should have good kitchen experience 5-7 years minimum and preferably familiar with Halal Cuisine and the Islamic faith, but not essential. Need enthusiastic team with a winning attitde to launch what we believe is Thailand's first.

All new Restaurant and kitchen will open beginning May 2010 for lunch and dinner. Halal certified.
